What is my commission split?

Agents keep 100% of commission they make. There is no transaction fee charged to the agents.

What are my costs?

The brokerage gets $100 per month. Agents are responsible for MLS services, 1% of commission corporate fee, board dues, business cards, signs, sign installation, advertising and all other expenses.

What is the fee to transfer a real estate license?

The department of commerce charges $20, it is done online in our office with your credit card. Agents are able to perform real estate duties the same day, newly licensed agents take 10 business days minimum.

Who pays the E&O insurance?

The policy is paid through the $349 administrative fee that is charged to your buyers and sellers.
